Payments and Refunds
We are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent payment process for all families. Below are the details regarding payment deadlines, available financial assistance, and refund policies for the upcoming season.
Registration and Payment Deadlines

All registration fees must be paid in full by September 1.

Players with outstanding balances after September 1 will have 14 days to pay their remaining fees before being suspended from all team activities (practices, games, and tournaments).
-
Players with unpaid fees by October 15 will be removed from the team roster.
-
Payments must be made through the Hockey Canada registration portal using approved methods of payment.
-
A scheduled payment plan option is available, allowing families to spread fees over the summer months. However, payments are still due by September 1.
Financial Assistance
-
Financial assistance is available for registration fees only and does not cover pre-skate, rep evaluation or team fees.
-
Players seeking financial assistance must provide a Proof of Financial Assistance Form to the Registrar and Treasurer by September 1.
-
If financial assistance is not confirmed by October 15, the player will be removed from the roster.
-
If the financial assistance only covers part of the registration fee, the remaining balance must be paid according to the standard payment deadlines.
