Ice Sessions Per Week:

U9: 2 practices per week (50 mins each)

U11, U13, U15, U18, U21: 1 practice per week (60 mins each)

Leagues: All teams play in non-contact leagues

Please note: Our goal is to have healthy teams in both Midland and Penetang at the Local League level. Based on registration/interest, we may have to move players between associations to ensure we have enough players to field teams at various age groups.
